About

I'm Dennis Irorere, an Environmental Scientist by study with a large passion for continuously learning new skills, especially in the area of data analysis, business analytics and geospatial technology. I enjoy helping others discover the wonderous world of programming, data science, open source technology, geospatial data and want to help them get better by providing tutorials and workshops, which is partially why this blog exists.

I'm currently working as a data analyst at Predictive Insights, and some of my roles includes diving into data to understand how we can make products better for consumers, ingesting data to data warehouse, development of dashboard, and translating those insights into technical requirements for our technologists to get to work with.

In my spare time, I love meeting new people, reading books, watching movies and observing people at a bar or any public space.
